Abstract

The purpose of writing this scientific work knows the cash sales procedures of trading companies. This scientific work uses a qualitative approach with a type of descriptive method. This scientific work is based on the field work practices conducted in CV. Kompo Motor Purbalingga located on Jl. Jend. Sudirman No. 19, Purbalingga Lor, Kec. Purbalingga, Purbalinga regency. In a trading company, sales activities are done in order to make a profit. One of them through the sale of cash is an activity to sell goods that are manufactured to consumers with a payment method in cash. Field work practices (PKL) related to the motorcycle cash-selling procedure on CV. Kompo Motor Purbalingga is a company that has advantages such as quality of service to good customers, conducive work environment, and job In harmony. However, in CV. Kompo Motor Purbalingga Still there are some things that need evaluation to advance the quality of the company is the division of tasks that are not consistent for each employee, the quality of human resources (HR) is less stable and storage of important documents that have not been properly archived. Based on the results of the observation, the company should make more detailed regulations on the work role of each employee. So there is no double role in one position. In addition, the company needs to conduct a sudden inspection to continue the quality of work for each employee.
