Abstract
This study aims to analyze and obtain empirical evidence regarding the influence of management tenure, executive gender diversity, and institutional ownership on disclosure of corporate social responsibility. The sampling technique in this study using purposive sampling technique. The sample in this study were mining companies listed in ISSI Indonesia Stock Exchange 2015-2018. Hypothesis testing is done through Multiple Regression Analysis. The results of this study indicated that management tenure has a negative effect on disclosure of corporate social responsibility, executive gender diversity has a positive effect on disclosure of corporate social responsibility and institutional ownership has no effect on disclosure of corporate social responsibility.
