This study aimed to determine the effect of Civic Education (PPKn) learning on the implementation of Fair and Civilized Humanity Assembly in the students of class VIII SMP Negeri 5 Purbalingga in the even semester. The study used a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The samples were the students of class VIII. The samples were taken by using cluster random sampling technique. The data were collected by using questionnaires and documentation. The data were analyzed by using 2 techniques, namely the percentage descriptive data analysis technique and statistical analysis. The results indicated that there was a significant positive effect of Civic Education learning on the implementation of Fair and Civilized Humanity Assembly in students of class VIII SMP Negeri 5 Purbalingga. The result could be interpreted that the independent variable (X) had an influence contribution of 27.5% to the dependent variable (Y) and the rest, 72.5% were influenced by other factors that were not examined in this study.
