Abstract
The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of work discipline, emotional intelligence, and organizational commitment toward employee performance. This type of research was quantitative research. Sampling in this research used purposive sampling with a number of sample of 107 respondent. This research takes the subject in the Regional Water Supply Company of Tegal Regency. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis test. The results of data analysis showed that work discipline variables have a significant effect on employee performance, emotional intelligence has a significant effect on employee performance, and organizational commitment has no significant effect on employee performance. Based on the results of data analysis shows that the variable of emotional intelligence that most influences the performance of employees of the Regional Water Supply Company of Tegal Regency.
