Abstract

The development of information technology is running very fast, with the rapid development of technology, today's learning media is highly demanded to be more creative and interesting, one of which is Augmented Reality technology. Augmented Reality (AR) is a medium that is able to mediate ideas between humans and computers, humans and humans, and computers and humans. Augmented Reality is an innovation from computer graphics that can provide visualization and animation of a model or object design that describes 2D and 3D virtual worlds into the real world. In this study, Augmented reality is taken with the research method using the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC). The purpose of this study is to apply Augmented Reality technology as a learning medium for the introduction of land, sea and air transportation. The result of this research is an Augmented reality application that introduces learning media for the introduction of land, sea and air transportation which is implemented into the application.
