This study aims to determine the effect of occupational safety and health, workload and organizational commitment on employee performance. The sample in this study were 134 people who were employees of CV. SN Jaya Prima. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression. The sampling technique used in this research is random sampling. The results of this study indicate that the variables of occupational safety and health and organizational commitment affect the performance of employees of CV. SN Jaya Prima. While the workload variable has no effect on employee performance. Therefore, the leadership of CV. SN Jaya Prima should pay attention to the variables of occupational safety and health and organizational commitment because it has an influence on employee performance so that it can further improve employee performance and can achieve the goals of the company or organization.
