Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership, financial compensation and communication on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Tiga Putra Abadi Perkasa, Purbalingga. The type of this research is quantitative research. The research sample is on employees of PT. Tiga Putra Abadi Perkasa, Purbalinga, which opens 192 employees using purposive sampling technique and data obtained from respondents with research instruments using questionnaires. The research method used in this study is multiple regression analysis. The results of the partial analysis show that transformational leadership has a significant negative effect on employee job satisfaction, financial compensation has no significant effect on employee job satisfaction and communication has a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction.
