The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of self efficacy, work
discipline and job characteristics on employee performance in the housing,
settlement and land office, cilacap regency. The population in this study were
employees of the Cilacap Regency Residential and Land Housing Office. purposive,
while the sample in this study was 134 employees. The data analysis techniques used
in this study were instrument data test, classical assumption test, multiple linear
analysis. The results of the analysis show that the Self Efficacy has a significant
effect on employee performance, Work Discipline has no significant effect on
employee performance and Job Characteristics has a significant effect on employee
performance.
