Regional property is all items purchased or obtained APBD or from other legal acquisition and part of the assets of Locals Government used to support the duties and function of each government agency, management of effective, efficient, transparent, and accountable. The result showed use of system utilization of local-owned property in BPPKAD Banjarnegara district has been conducted in accordance with applicable regulation and has been running well of Peraturan Pemerintah Dalam Negeri Number 19 Years 2019 about Guidelines for Management of regional property and Peraturan Bupati Kabupaten Banjarnegara Number 16 Years 2014 about the utilization of local-owned property in the form of land in the form ofrent.
The utilization of local-owned property is not running optimally because not all utilization activities has been implemented as utilization cooperation, goods for delivery and handover goods because of lack of capital and market conditions that still need to be improved and there are obstacles that often occur of management utilization regional property as late in paying rent, levy rent from utilization rent used for upgrade locally-generated revenue of Badan Pengelolaan Pendapatan Keuangan dan Aaset Daerah districts Banjarnegara.
