This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, facilities and hospital image on patient satisfaction at Aghisna Medika Kroya General Hospital. The research method used in this study is a quantitative research method. The population in this study were patients at Aghisna Medika Kroya General Hospital. The sampling technique used is the Non-Probability Sampling technique. The samples taken from this study were patients at Aghisna Medika Kroya General Hospital who had been receiving treatment for the last 3 months. The number of samples in this study amounted to 100 respondents. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis at a significance level of 0,05. Based on the results of the partial and simultaneous research, it shows that the quality of service, facilities and hospital image on patient satisfaction at Aghisna Medika Kroya General Hospital. The magnitude of the influence of services, facilities and the image of the house in contributing to patient satisfaction is 45.9%.
