Abstract
The condition and situation of the Covid-19 virus outbreak experienced by the
State of Indonesia has an effect on learning programs at all levels of education.
Learning activities that are normally carried out with face-to-face activities in the
classroom have turned into online learning processes. This is done in order to
minimize the spread of the Covid-19 virus. This makes the Dindikpora
Banjarnegara Regency create a PMOT module to organize learning.
This study aims to: (1) describe learning planning activities with the PMOT
module in elementary schools; (2) Describe learning activities using the PMOT
module in schools; (3) Describe learning evaluation activities with the PMOT
module in Elementary Schools; (4) Describe the PMOT module analysis on
increasing students' learning motivation.
This research uses a qualitative case study approach. The research was conducted
at SD N 1 Prendengan, SD N 2 Prendengan and SD N Sijeruk. Data collection
techniques with interviews, observations, and documents. Data analysis uses
Miles and Huberman's interactive data analysis technique which includes data
collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. After that, the
validity of the data was tested by testing the credibility with triangulation.
Based on the results of research in the field, it can be seen that: (1) The learning
implementation plan (RPP) is prepared in accordance with the circular of the
Ministry of Education and Culture number 14 of 2019 concerning the
simplification of learning planning which only consists of identity, objectives, and
learning evaluation. The lesson plans are prepared once a week and include
activities to help parents, pray, and learning materials for the PMOT module; (2)
The implementation of learning is carried out by helping parents with weekly
routines, memorizing prayers, and studying materials. Teachers monitor learning
with WhattApp Groups, starting from helping parents, praying, and helping the
difficulties experienced by students when studying at home; (3) Evaluation of
learning with the PMOT module is carried out authentically on attitudes,
knowledge, and skills. Spiritual attitudes are assessed from the activities of
memorizing prayers, social attitudes are assessed from activities to help parents,
knowledge is assessed from student learning outcomes, for skills from practical
assignments in the PMOT Module; (4) Analysis of the PMOT module on students'
learning motivation can be seen in the increased attitudes, knowledge, and skills.
This motivation can be seen from the consistent activities of students, fully
completed tasks and student scores that show an increase.
