Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of Islamic leadership, Islamic work ethics, intellectual intelligence on employee performance with Islamic Organizational Culture as a moderating variable. Data collection using a questionnaire. The method used is purposive sampling, using 120 samples of respondents with several criteria that have been required. Data analysis in this study used SPSS. The results of this study are Islamic Leadership, Islamic Work Ethics and Intellectual Intelligence affect employee performance and Organizational Culture strengthens the influence of Islamic Leadership, Islamic Work Ethics and Intellectual Intelligence on Employee Performance.
