This study aims to determine the effect of work experience, incentives and organizational commitment on employee performance at PT. Tiga Putra Abadi Perkasa. The research method used in this study is a quantitative research method. The population in this study were employees at PT. Tiga Putra Abadi Perkasa. Data collection technique using purposive sampling. The number of samples in this study amounted to 200 people. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis at a significance level of 95%. Based on the results of research partially and simultaneously shows that work experience, incentives and organizational commitment to employee performance at PT. Tiga Putra Abadi Perkasa. The magnitude of the influence of work experience, incentives and organizational commitment in contributing to employee performance is 63.3%.
