This study aims to determine the effect of job embeddedness, job characteristics, self-efficacy on employee performance in Sambel Layah Purwokerto. The population in this study is at the head office and 10 outlets of Sambel Layah Corporation, amounting to 213, the sampling in this study uses the probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique with a sample size of 139 respondents. Data obtained from respondents with a research instrument using a questionnaire. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple regression analysis. Based on the test results, it is known that job embeddedness variables have a significant positive effect on employee performance, job characteristics variables have a significant positive effect on employee performance, self-efficacy has a significant positive effect on employee performance, job embeddedness, job characteristics, self efficacy have a simultaneous effect on employee performance.
