This study aimed to examine the effect of job satisfaction, job involvement and work discipline on employee performance. The type of study is quantitative research. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling technique and obtained a sample of 74 people. This study took the subjects at PT. Royal Korindah in Purbalingga. The research method used in this study was the multiple regression analysis. The results showed that job satisfaction, job involvement and work discipline has a significant positive effect on employee performance.
