This study aims to obtain empirical evidence about the effect of good corporate governance, environmental responsibility, and financial performance on firm value. The population used in this study are all mining basic industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2015-2018. The sampling technique is by purposive sampling where the sample will be obtained with certain considerations or criteria that have been adjusted to the objectives and research problems. There are three independent variables and one dependent variable in this study. The first variable is corporate governance which is proxied using institusional ownership, independent board of commissioner, and audit committee. The second variable is environmental responsibility which is using assessments from index GRI 94 G4. The trhid variable is financial performance which is proxied profitability with assessment return on asset (ROA). Furthermore dependent variable is firm value which is proxied tobins’q. By using multiple linear regression analysis, this study found that institusional ownership, independent board of commisioner, audit committee and environmental responsibility has no effect on firm value, furthermore profitability has a positive effect on firm value.
