This study aimed to determine the effect of leadership, communication and self-efficacy on the performance of AHASS Motor employees in Cilacap City. The sample used in this study were 128 AHASS Motor employees in Cilacap City using the saturated sampling or census techniques. The analysis used are the F test, t test and adjusted R2.
The results of this study are based on the F test which states that leadership, communication and self-efficacy have a significant effect on the employee performance. Based on the t test, obtained; (a) leadership has a significant effect on the employee performance. (b) communication has a significant effect on the employee performance. (c) self-efficacy has a significant effect on the employee performance. Based on the coefficient of determination R2 adjusted test, it shows that the influence of leadership, communication and self-efficacy on employee performance is 66%, while the remaining 34% is influenced by variables outside the research model.
