This research aims to determine the effect of leadership, communication, work environment and work ethic on the performance of employees of PT. Eye Rich Purbalingga. The research method used in this research is quantitative research methods. The population in this study were employees of PT. Eye Rich Purbalingga. The sampling technique in this study used saturated sampling (census). The number of samples in this research amounted to 85 people. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis at a significance level of 95%. Based on the results of research partially and simultaneously shows that leadership, communication, work environment and work ethic on the performance of employees of PT. Eye Rich Purbalingga. The amount of influence of leadership, communication, work environment and work ethic in contributing to the influence of employee performance is 54.9%.
