The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational
commitment, work experience, and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on
the performance of nurse RST Wijayakusuma Purwokerto. This type of research is
quantitative research. Sampling in this study using a census with a population of
110 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression
analysis. The results of data analysis show that variable organizational
commitment has a significant effect on performance, work experience has a
significant effect on performance and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB)
has a significant effect on performance. Based on the results of data analysis, it
shows that the variables of organizational commitment, work experience, and
organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) affect the performance variables.
