Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment on employee
loyalty and compensation on the performance of employees of PT Wahana Kasih
Mulia Kedungreja Cilacap. The sample used in this study were all 107 employees
using accidental sampling. The analysis used was the F test, T test and adjusted
R2.
The results of this study based on the F test state that the work environment,
employee loyalty and compensation, has a significant effect on employee
performance. Based on the t test, it is obtained: (a) work environment has a
significant effect on employee performance (b) employee loyalty has a significant
effect on employee performance (c) compensation has a significant effect on
employee performance. Based on the coefficient of determination, R2 adjusted
shows the influence of work environment, employee loyalty and compensation on
employee performance by 67.1%, while the remaining 32.9% is influenced by
variables outside the research model.
