This study aimed to determine the concentration of ZPT Atonic and manure dosage as well as the proper interaction of ZPT Atonic for Soybean plants (Glycine Ma L.) The research was conducted at the experimental Garden of Agriculture Faculty, Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto in Karangsari Village from Februari to May.the experimental design utilized a factorial randomized block design (RBD). The first factor was the concentration of Atonik ZPT, namely control (V1), 1 cc/L (V2), 2cc/L (V3). The second factor was the dosage of manure, namely Control (P1), 60 tonnes/ ha (P2), 120 tonnes (P3)with observation variables: plants height, number of leaves, leaf area, fresh stover weight per plant, dry stover weight per plant. Plant, total number of pods and filled pods per plant, fresh seed weight per plant, dry seed weight per plant, fresh seed weight per plot, dry seed weight per plot and 100 seeds weight per plant. The results showed that ZPT Atonic affected plant height, leaf area, number of seeds, fresh seed weight and dry seed weight per plant. The results showed that manure had an effect on plant height, leaft number, leaft area,fresh stover weight, plant dry stover weight, the total number pods, number of filled pods, plant fresh seed weight, fresh seed weight, fresh seed weight per plot and dry seed weight per plot. The results showed that the interaction between Atonic ZPT and manure Fertilizer had and effect on leaf area, fresh stover weight, dry stover weight per plant and dry seed weight per plant
