Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of discipline, leadership style, motivation, work performance and work environment on the performance of Punggelan Sector in Banjarnegara Resort Police. Questionnaires were used as a tool for data collection with purposive sampling method obtained 80 samples with several criteria. The research data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis, t test and F test. The results obtained were discipline, leadership style and motivation had a positive effect on performance, while work performance and work environment had no effect on performance. Simultaneously discipline, leadership style
leadership, work performance, work environment affect performance.
