Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of job involvement, leadership and self-efficacy on job satisfaction of employee in PT Tiga Putra Abadi Perkasa. The type of this study was quantitative research. The sampling method used in this study was purposive sampling and obtained a sample of 200 respondents. The analysis technique used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis. The result showed that job involvement, leadership and self-efficacy has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction.
