The purpose of this study was to analyze the variables of halal labeling, religiosity and product variations on the decision to purchase instant noodles. In this study the questionnaire was used as a data collection tool. The method uses purposive sampling data free from the classic assumption test and all items are valid and reliable with 120 sample respondents with some required criteria. The results revealed that the halal labeling variable partially had no effect on the instant noodle purchase decision. Religiosity partially positive and significant effect on instant noodle purchasing decisions. Product variation partially has a positive and significant effect on instant noodle purchasing decisions. Halal labeling, religiosity and product variations simultaneously have a positive effect on the decision to purchase instant noodles for students in Purwokerto.
