Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of motivation, organizational
culture, and leadership on employee performance. The subject of this research was
conducted at the Sharia Commercial Bank in Purowkerto. The data used are
primary data with a questionnaire used as a data collection tool. Purposive
Sampling method is used to select 90 samples with several predetermined criteria.
Data analysis techniques used in this study are descriptive statistics, classic
assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The
results of this analysis indicate that the influence of motivation does not affect
employee performance, organizational culture has a significant effect on
employee performance, leadership does not affect employee performance, and
motivation, organizational culture, and leadership together have a significant
effect on employee performance.
