The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of motivation, organizational culture, training and work discipline on the performance of nurses at Wijayakusuma Purwokerto Hospital. This research is a quantitative study using a questionnaire of 110 respondents to the employees of Wijayakusuma Purwokerto Hospital. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling 110 method where the entire number f samples served as respndents. The analysis used is the validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, determination coefficient test, F test and T test. The results of the study show that motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance, organizational culture has a significant positive effect on employee performance. , training has a significant positive effect on employee performance, work discipline has a significant positive effect on employee performance.
