Abstract
The purpose of this research was to analyzed and explained the effect of organizational culture, self-efficacy and work discipline on employees performance in Perum Perhutani KPH East Banyumas. This research was quantitative research using questionnaires of 134 respondents in Perum Perhutani KPH East Banyumas employees. The sampling technique used incidental sampling technique and slovin formula. Data analysis techniques used descriptive statistical analysis, instrument test, classical assumption test, data analysis test, model fit test and hypothesis test. From the results of this research showed that organizational culture partially affects employee performance, self-efficacy partially affects employee performance, discipline partially affects employee performance and simultaneously organizational culture, self-efficacy, and discipline have a significant effect on employee performance.
