The research aimed to determine the effect of organizational culture, training and work discipline on the employees performance in RST Wijayakusuma Purwokerto. Population were 183 paramedic of RST Wijayakusuma Purwokerto. The number of samples taken as many as 126 employees were determined using simple random sampling techniques and data obtained directly from respondents with research instruments using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using descriptive test, data instrument test, classic assumption test, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research found that the organizational culture, training and work discipline variables partially has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Coefficient R2 = 0.574, which shows the findings that the variables of organizational culture, training and work discipline simultaneously able to explain significant effects on employee performance of 57.4%.
