The purpose of this research was to analyze wheither there is an effect of transformational leadership, psychological empowerment and personality on organizational citizenship behavior at PT Albasi Priangan Lestari. The sample in this research is all employees of PT Albasi Priangan Lestari, amount to 162 employees using purposive sampling technique and data obtained from respondents with a research instrument using a questionnaire. The results revealed that the trahsformational leadership, psychological empowerment and personality has a simultaneous effect on organizational citizenship behavior. The results of the partial analysis test showed that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, psychological empowerment has a positive and insignificant effect on organizational citizenship behavior and personalitu has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior.
