This research aimed to determine the effect of islamic work ethic, job involvement and job satisfaction on employee performance. Sampling in this study using accidental sampling with a total sample of 146 people who are employees of the Islamic Hospital Banjarnegara. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of data analysis show that simultaneously Islamic work ethics, job involvement and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee performance. The results of partial data analysis show that Islamic work ethics has a significant effect on employee performance, job involvement has a significant effect on employee performance and job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance.
