Abstract

This study aims to analyze and explain the effect of training and organizational climate on employee performance variables with work motivation as an intervention on PT Pisma Putera Textile Pekalongan. This research uses quantitative methods. The sampling technique uses sample random sampling. This study distributes questionnaires with a total of 250 respondents from a total population of 575 employees of the production division of PT Pisma Putera Textile Pekalongan. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression test, t test and sobel test. Based on the results of study showed that training has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, training has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and Work motivation mediates the effect of training and organizational climate on employee performance.
