Technology is a useful tool to assist individuals in completing their work.
The work carried out by an educational institution, requires an application system
that can bridge between users with the technology they use to work. User
satisfaction is influenced by the quality of information, system quality, service
quality so that later it can improve user performance, this research is conducted on
the use of applications Ismuba at SMK Muhammadiyah in Cilacap Regency. With
the type of research conducted using quantitative approach, namely research based
on positivism philosophy The population in the research conducted was all
ISMUBA subject educators or teachers working in SMK Muhammadiyah in the
Cilacap district, totaling 61 people. The results of this study that the quality of
information, system quality, service quality affect user performance, and user
satisfaction as a mediating variable.
