Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style and the quality of human resources on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening. Questionnaires were used as a tool for data collection which were distributed on April 1-20 2021. The population in this study amounted to 598 people and sampling by purposive sampling method obtained 70 samples with several criteria. The research data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis, t test, F test and path analysis. The results obtained that leadership style has a positive effect on job satisfaction and performance, and the quality of human resources has a positive effect on job satisfaction and performance, while the quality of human resources has no effect on performance. Leadership style and quality of human resources affect performance through job satisfaction.
