The final project discusses the procedure of compensation funds claiming for the heir of died accidents victims. Compensation fund at PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) is a fund originating from compulsory donation and contributions of compulsory public motor vehicle users referring to Law No. 33 of 1964 concerning Passenger Accidents Mandatory Funds and Law No. 34 concerning Road Traffic Obligatory Insurance Funds. In this project, will be explain the step of that procedures. Start from the procedure of filing and conducting surveys until the procedure of payment then the compensation funds are received by the beneficiaries. In addition, it also aim to find out what documents are needed such as the required submission documents to documents equipped by Jasa Raharja (Persero) officers. This project is written by interview methods, documentation, and direct observation during Praktek Kerja Lapangan.
