Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the variables of transformational leadership style, organizational culture, communication and perceived organizational support on employee performance at PT Cebong Imelindo Wonosobo. The sample in this study were employees who worked at PT Cebong Imelindo Wonosobo. Sampling using non-probability sampling. Total of samples in this study were 105 respondents. The data analysis techniques used in this research are descriptive statistical analysis, instrument test, classical assumption test, data analysis test, model fit test and hypothesis test. The results of the study reveal that the transformational leadership style variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the organizational culture variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the communication variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and the perceived organizational support variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
