This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, work discipline and job satisfaction on the performance of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Purworejo employees. The sample used in this study were 109 employees using the Simple Random Sampling technique. The analysis used is the F test, t test and R2 Adjusted.
The results of this study based on the F test stated that leadership style, work discipline and job satisfaction simultaneously had a significant effect on employee performance. Based on the t test obtained; (a) leadership style partially has positive a significant effect on employee performance. (b) work discipline partially has no significant effect on employee performance. (c) job satisfaction partially has no significant effect on employee performance. Based on the coefficient of determination R2 adjusted, it shows that the influence of leadership style, work discipline and job satisfaction on employee performance is 5.4%, while the remaining 94.6% is influenced by variables outside the research model.
