The purpose of this study was to examine how much influence transformational leadership style, motivation, and work stress on employee performance at the director general office of the metal industry of transportation machinery and electronics of the ministry of industry. The sample in this study was 118 people using saturated samples. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that transformational leadership style has no significant effect on employee performance, while work motivation and stress have a significant effect on employee performance.
