Abstract
Arduino Uno is board with microcontroller ATMega 328P, widely used by Electrical Engineering Student who learns about Control System during practicum. Arduino Uno commonly applicate in small size control system but there is a chance to use it in industrial control system. To control industrial base instrumented control systems. This research analyse Arduino Uno application as controller to replace industrial class controller in pilot plant : 1 (one) loop control in Fuel Oil Complex I plant at PT. Pertamina (Persero) Refinery Unit IV Cilacap. This research held by create plant simulation using industrial base instrumentation with Arduino Uno as the controller, and comparing it with actual plant. As the result: Arduino Uno is capable to control 1 (one) control loop with industrial base instrumentation, and capable to eliminate error between actual process variable versus set point using Proportional, Integral and Derivative algorithm and their combination.
