Abstract

This study aimed to examine the factors that influence the level of coporate social responsibility disclosures. These factors are mangerial ownership, public ownership and foreign ownership. Population of the research are mining companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2013-2017. The samples of theis study are 35 data using purposive sampling method. This research uses multiple regression method to test the hypothesis. The results of this study shows that managerial ownership and foreign ownership has negative and significant effect on the level of corporate social responsibility disclosure. While public ownership didn’t have a significant effect on the level of corporate social responsibilty disclosure.
