The Dayeuhluhur route which is categorized as the type III road connects the provincial road to the Dayeuhluhur subdistrict and road between Dayeuhluhur (Cilacap) to Kuningan (West Java); those roads do not have complete road facilities yet, in terms of traffic signs. Lack of road facilities in terms of traffic signs often cause carelessness while driving; in result, frequent accidents happened as many as 5 in 2017 and 10 in 2018 (data taken from Mergo Satlantas). The analysis was conducted in accordance with the regulation guidelines of the Minister of Transportation No. 13 of 2014 concerning on the guidelines for planning the traffic signs. Decision of the budget plan is carried out in accordance with the regulation from the Minister of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia No. PM 59 of 2018 concerning on the guidelines for the management implementation of state property in the Ministry of Transportation. Based on the results of the analysis carried out, planning for the placement of traffic signs on Jalan Mergo as many as 32 locations is needed along 10.9 km placed on the left side of the road. Budget plan needed for the traffic signs placement on Jalan Mergo, Dayeuhluhur subdistrict, Cilacap would cost Rp. 53,926,758.85.
