The study aimed to describe the “Imperative Utterance Form Of Public Service Advertisement Discourse On The Advertising Youtube Channel High Definitiond”. The research type was descriptive qualitative. The research data were the discourse on public service ads discourse of health area which contained imperative speech act form in advertising Youtube channel high definitiond. The data source was public service ads discourse of health area on advertising Youtube channel high definitiond. The data were obtained through observation method of recording as then using SLBC (Observation Nonparticipatory method) and noting technique.
Whereas, distributional and comparative methods were implemented to analyze the data. The findings indicated that the form of imperative speech act on public service ads discourse of health area on advertising Youtube channel high definitiond were 4 of the imperative speech act of commands, 1 imperative speech act of order, 4 imperative speech act of urge, 1 imperative speech act of persuasion, 3 imperative
speech act of recommendation, 4 imperative speech act of invitation, 1 imperative speech act of congratulation, and 6 imperative speech act of suggestion. Based on the
study, it can be drawn that not all forms of imperative speech act in Indonesian are available in public service ads discourse of health area on advertising Youtube channel high definitiond.
