The purpose if this research was to determine the effect of location,
customer satisfaction and WOM on Score Futsal Stadium customer loyalty. The
number of samples taken as many as 61 respondents was taken using a purposive
sampling technique. The criteria include respondents domiciled in Banyumas
Regency, respondents must have leased at least 2 limes and aged 17 and above.
The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that partially
location, customer satisfaction and WOM have a significant positive effect on
customer loyalty at the Futsal Stadium Score indicated by the tcount value of each
variable which is greater than t table. In addition, simultaneously location, customer
satisfaction and WOM have a significant effect on customer loyalty at the Score
Futsal Stadium, this is indicated by the value of Fcount greater than Ftable.
