PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) Purwokerto is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) engaged in Social Insurance with the aim of help to give compensation to accident victim that cover land, sea and air. Compensation Fund is something that is used to compensate because of an accident, wether wounded or died, usually in the form of sum of money, which later must be paid by the insurer to the insured in the event of death or injury in accordance with applicable regulations. The insured is the person appointed to receive or be his heir or heiress. This Final Project aims to find out what is meant by the compensation fund at PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) Purwokerto, how the procedure for the settlement of injured victims, and to determine the provisions of guarantees given to injured victims. The report used direct observation and data collection method, from March 18, 2019 until April 3, 2019. The results showed that Purwokerto's PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) Purwokerto is in accordance with procedures established in accordance with the Insurance Law issued by the Government, namely Law No. 33 of 1964 concerning Passenger Accident Mandatory Funds and Law No. 34 of 1964 concerning Road Traffic Obligatory Insurance Funds.
