This study aims to look at the effects, website quality, perception of risks and trust. Purposive sampling is used on this study as the sample selection. Based on the criteria, 110 respondents were chosen as the samples. The data analysis techniques used in this study were instruments test, descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that partially discounting has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, website quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, perception of risks have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, and trust has a positive and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions. Discounts, website quality, perception of risks and trust simultaneously influences the purchasing decisions.
