This study aims to examine how the influence of Institutional Ownership, Intellectual Capital, and Gender Board Diversity on company value. The sample of this research is all finance companies registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2015-2018 period. Samples were taken using a purposive sampling method. The method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the variable institutional ownership and gende board diversity did not have an influence on firm value, while the Intellectual capital variable had a negative effect on firm value.
