Measles becomes one of disease. Death in children, very infectious. Measles arises from
exposure to droplets containing measles virus. There are several types of measles, one of
which is German Measles (Measles Rubella). Measles is a vaccine-preventable disease.
Vaccines are antigens composed of dead, living or transplanted microorganisms, intact or part
that has been processed as toxin that has been processed into toxoids, the recombinant protein
needed for someone to be active. Health Education is an effort to improve the knowledge of
health and public health and health in an effort to improve the health status of participants,
prevent disease and disease recovery. mind mapping is a method or manufacturing technique
that can be used to create, divide, and explore ideas. This type of research is a quantitative
research. Quasi experimental research design with pre test design and post test which aims to
know the effectiveness of education by mind mapping question and answer communication to
the knowledge of mothers with measles and rubella vaccine. Pre test is done before education
and post test is done 4 weeks after education grant. The results of this study can be concluded
that the provision of education with mind mapping methods should be asked to increase
knowledge of mothers against measles rubella german (measles rubella).
