The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of simultaneous and partial independent variables of work ability, physical work environment, non-physical work environment, financial compensation and non-financial compensation on the dependent variable of employee performance on employees of PT. Dwi Bintang Global Pemalang. The population in this study were employees of PT. Dwi Bintang Global Pemalang, with a sample of 106 respondents. The data collection technique used in this study is incidental sampling using analysis of validity and reliability tests, classic assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t test and F test. The results of the analysis show partially and simultaneously the variables of workability, physical work environment, non-physical work environment, financial compensation and non-financial compensation have a significant effect on employee performance.
