Abstract

Dukuhsalam Bus Terminal was built to meet the need oftransportation infrastructure in Tegal, especially in Slawi and surrounding areas to support the standards of facilities and infrastructure in the field of transportation. The purpose of this study was determine the level of passenger’s satisfaction with the service of Dukuhsalam Slawi Bus Terminal. This research method used servqual method with some indicators, namely: tangible, empathy, assurance, reliability, responsiveness. The Likert scale was used in this study. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that service performance is not in line with the expectations of the passengers in Dukuhsalam Bus Terminal with a negative gap (-1) between performance and expectations (3.41 with 4.41).
