Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compesation, organizational citizenship behavior (ocb), and supervision of work on employee performance Depo Pelita Sokaraja. This type of research is a quantitative approach research with survey methods. The population in this study amounted to 275 employees of the Depo Pelita Sokaraja. The number of samples taken was 174 employees using purposive sampling techniques and data obtained directly from respondents with the research instrument using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using descriptive test, data instrument test, classic assumption test, and multiple regression analysis. The results revealed that the variables of compesation, organizational citizenship behavior (ocb), and supervision of work had a significant positive effect on employee performance. The results of the partial analysis showed that compesation had a significant positive effect on employee performance, organizational citizenship behavior (ocb) had a significantly positive effect on employee performance and the supervision of work had a significant positive effect on employee performance.
