This research was motivated by the lack of students’ environment-caring character. This is due to the improper implementation of Pancasila value in everyday life. Habituation in the family is considered as means to implement the values of Pancasila to from students’environment-caring character. This study aimed to describe the implementation of Pancasila values through habituation in the family toward students’ environment-caring character during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study investigated the implementation, supporting factors, and inhibiting factors in implementing Pancasila values through family habituation to from students’ environment-caring character during the COVID-19 pandemic. This is descriptive qualitative research. This research was conducted at SD Negeri 1 Pejagoan Kebumen from August 2020 to December 2020. The subjects of this study were teachers, students, and students’ parents. The data collection technique used was data triangulation technique including interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that students of SDN I Pejagoan Kebumen generally have implemented the values of Pancasila properly and manifested the values in their behavior. The supporting factors consisted of the cooperation of family members and parents’ motivation. Inhibiting factors encountered by parents were limited time to be alongside with students, parents’ educational bacground, and the willingness of students.
